I was born and raised in the Quinte region, and the Walmsley family has
called Belleville home for generations. Real estate and development have
been part of my life from a very young age—I grew up working alongside my
father in property development, which gave me early, hands-on exposure to
construction, land use, and how properties truly function beyond the
surface.
Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, I personally bought, sold,
and developed properties of my own. This background allows me to bring
practical, real-world insight to every transaction. I have a strong working
knowledge of construction and mechanical systems, zoning, permits,
environmental considerations, and the key differences between urban and
rural properties, including wells, septic systems, and neighbourhood
dynamics.
I also work closely with a trusted network of contractors, lawyers,
inspectors, and financing professionals who provide my clients with
reliable advice and priority service. My approach is straightforward and
detail-oriented, with a focus on protecting my clients’ interests and
helping them make confident, informed decisions.
